How to Fill in Parameters about Single Gene Analysis
(Box 1) shows the interface on the home page, which allows users to search the lncRNAs or protein-coding genes (PCGs) based on the cancer types and/or cell death genes (PCGs or lncRNAs) of interest.
(Box 2) shows the link to the advanced search panel, within which users can easily search lncRNAs or PCGs of interest by exploring the provided cell death gene list/pathways or using cancer types. Detailed information can be found in the following guideline sections.
