Introduction

With the progress of tumor research, researchers have discovered more and more genes that play an important role in the occurrence and progression of tumors. After obtaining interested gene, researchers urgently need to analyze the effect of the gene on tumors. However, there is currently no tool that can quickly view the difference of gene expression, the prognostic value of gene expression, the correlation between gene expression and molecular mechanisms (HALLMARK pathways, immune checkpoints, immune cell infiltration, etc.), prognostic value of mutation, etc.

In order to help researchers quickly analyze interested gene, we developed PCSGA (Pan-Cancer Single Gene Analysis). PCSGA is a web server, and users only need to specify the interested gene on the page to perform the above analysis in the TCGA pan-cancer cohorts and immunotherapy cohorts.

At the same time, we also built a large number of validation cohorts of other databases (GEO, ICGC, CGGA, etc.), and only need to specify a cancer type and a clinical trial endpoint to validate the difference and prognostic value of gene expression.
